Varnishes / Water-based varnish
It is a protective coating primarily made from water instead of strong chemical solvents. It is used to cover surfaces (especially paper and printed materials) to protect them and give them a glossy or matte finish. It is environmentally friendly, as it is water-based, and is used as a light protective layer over printed materials. It also dries by water evaporation (not by UV light like UV varnish).
