Nitrocellulose enamel formulated from special alkyds and nitrocellulose. White and colors with fast dry,
good leveling, coverage properties and excellent adhesion on different surfaces (wood – metals).
Application:
NC Paints 5500 can be applied over NC putties, 1K fillers, 2K fillers and old paints in good conditions.
The surface should be sanded,cleaned, degreased and well equipped prior application.Thin with nitrocellulose
thinner till the proper application viscosity(15 to 20 sec/FC4).It can be applied by spray gun, curtain coater or by brush.
The product can be applied in more than one coat. Flash off time between coats is 5-10 min.
Drying time @ 25 ºC & 50% RH ± 5
Surface Dry: 30 - 40 min
Complete dry : 24 hrs
