Wood Paint Isolator:

Two component polyurethane isolator is especially designed for application
over resinous types of wood: rosewood, teakwood and mansonia, before applying
of unsaturated polyester coatings.It has excellent outstanding chemical resistance
and excellent penetrating power allow fast and uniformly drying of polyester sealers.

Method of application

Mix PU Isolator with its hardener well, it can be applied by spray gun or brush. PU Isolator
is suitable for application over both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It can be applied in morethan one coat by spraying.
Allow flash off time between coats 15-20 minutes. Allow drying time of the product about 4-6 hours prior applying polyester sealer.
PU Isolator does not require sanding. However, if it is left more than 16 hours, sanding is needed prior applying polyester sealer.
In case that PU Isolator is left more than 24 h, sand it and then apply one thin coat of the isolator.
Allow it to dry 3-4 h prior to applying the polyester sealer. Don't use the mixture after overnight storage
